As an artist, I am deeply inspired by the vibrant colors of the Suffolk landscape, capturing the golden hues of fields, the lush greens of meadows, and the delicate tones of wildflowers in full bloom. Working exclusively in acrylics, I embrace the medium's versatility to layer and blend colors, often uncovering unexpected tones and subtle shades that reveal themselves upon closer observation of the countryside. My paintings celebrate the dynamic beauty of Suffolk’s landscape, reflecting the ever-changing light, textures, and seasonal palettes that make the region so captivating. Teacher
In my painting classes, I create a welcoming and supportive environment where beginners can explore their creativity with confidence. Held every other week, each session focuses on a specific skill while guiding participants through the process of completing a painting over two weeks. I ensure everyone can follow along easily and enjoy the experience. My classes often feature countryside-inspired subjects, encouraging participants to connect with the natural world and discover the joy of capturing its beauty through acrylics. It's a space to learn, create, and share in the delight of making art together.
